thoughtful gesture italian restaurant dark room cold air conditioning

the hotel surprised me with champagne and a little cake in the room! it seemed like such a thoughtful gesture as i was celebrating a special occasion. the breakfast offered many choices, and the italian restaurant was delicious!

The room felt a little dark, even after i adjusted the settings! also, the air conditioning blew very cold air. I struggled to regulate the temperature, even when i tried changing the settings.

limited space insufficient lighting

the room i stayed in, a beautiful twin room non-smoking, was smaller than i expected. the space near the wardrobe was a bit tight, it made moving around difficult. also, i find the lighting in the room to be quite dim, it was hard to work at night. the lights did not illuminate the space adequately.

Excellent Stay with Minor Hiccup

friendly staff spacious room luggage storage

The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and well-equipped. It featured many outlets near the bed. The Lavazza machine with capsules plus the bottled water were a nice touch. They kept our luggage safe on our last day, great to explore the area more freely.

Our suite room was a bit dark. I found it a little inconvenient, though it was silent, even right next to the elevator.

The staff were very polite during check-in. The front desk offered a welcome drink of port wine, a nice touch. The hotel clerk was helpful, assisting with various needs promptly.

The room was silent, despite being located right next to the elevator. A Lavazza coffee machine with two capsules and a bottle of water were provided. Both were replaced daily. The suite was spacious. Full of outlets besides the bed.

The room was so cozy!!! i loved how clean and spacious it was. i also appreciated the wonderful welcome drink upon arrival. It was such a sweet bonus.
